1. Diligent chatting with friends
It would be better if in difficult situations like this, you have a friend as a place to vent. Recall the advice given, who knows useful to you. Set regular times to meet and discuss, the more input that is given the better for you.
2. Make a note
Stay alive by keeping regular records of phone numbers or when and where we send a job application. By recording the little things are important but, it's easier when doing follow-up.
3. For a good time
Organize and determine how much time will be spent to create a cover letter that will be sent, perform market research through websites or other matters pertaining to job applications. That way, we do not expect too much or feel frustrated when not able to finish what has been targeted in a timely manner.
4. Determine objectives
Motivation is the most important thing in maintaining hope and not despair, so do not make targets that are too grandiose. Stay realistic and try to be consistent run. For example, do not you plan to make the phone a dozen times in one day - you will only be depressed if the target is not reached.
5. Strengthen confidence
Do not let yourself caught up in endless frustration! If you need a new cosmetic tools (such as perfume or lipstick), eating a delicious dessert, or do massage just so you feel better, do it. Do whatever makes you feel better, as long as it does not harm yourself or others. That way, when called for interview you can appear more confident and calm.
6. Gather with your friends
Take the time such as once a week or a month to gather with your friends (who may be in the same boat), asked each development including explaining about your own development. Try to keep a relaxed atmosphere and not spending much money. Remember that no one is trying to find vacancies for 24 hours, so stay hang out!.
